Export Business:

1. We carry a full range of parts for forklifts (Heli, Hangcha, EP, TCM, Toyota, Linde, Clark, Hyster, Yale, etc.) and construction machinery (Komatsu, Caterpillar, Sany, XCMG, Liugong, Hitachi, etc.), including engine parts, hydraulic components, transmission parts, electrical components, mast attachments, tires, filters, and seals. We offer three quality grades: OEM parts, OES parts, and aftermarket replacement parts, allowing you to choose freely based on your budget. We accept inquiries based on drawings, samples, or part numbers (OEM numbers, part numbers, or drawing numbers).
2. Professional export packaging; we support consolidated shipping to reduce logistics costs for small-volume buyers.
3. International Logistics: We provide quotes under various terms—FOB, CIF, DDP, and FCA. Full Container Load (FCL): 20GP/40HQ, suitable for large volumes and full-pallet shipments of parts.
• Less-than-container load (LCL): Suitable for small-batch trial orders and urgent restocking
• International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Urgent small shipments, delivered to your door in 3–7 days
• Air Freight: High-value/urgent shipments, delivered to your door in 5–10 days
Full logistics tracking; bill of lading number, container number, and seal number provided after shipment.
4. Customs Clearance and Documentation: We handle the full set of export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B/L), certificate of origin (FORM A / FORM E / CO)*, fumigation certificate, quality inspection certificate, and insurance policy. We accept various payment methods, including T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. Under DDP terms, our partner customs broker will handle customs clearance and pay duties on your behalf in the destination country.

Import Operations:

1. Foreign Trade Qualifications, Contracts, and Foreign Exchange Payment Agency Services: We provide import/export entity qualifications and act as an agent to sign purchase contracts with overseas suppliers; we also handle foreign exchange payments (T/T), foreign exchange declarations, and the preparation of payment documentation.
2. We conduct advance tariff code pre-reviews to avoid cargo detentions and fines caused by classification errors. Preparation of a full set of import documentation: invoices, packing lists, contracts, and certificates of origin; we handle the filing of electromechanical products and commodity inspection declarations based on the type of components.
3. Liaise with overseas suppliers to arrange overseas pickup and book shipping space (full container load/less than container load by sea, or air freight). We track the entire shipment and monitor for damage during transit.
4. Import customs clearance, tax payment, and inspection handling at ports of entry: Port/airport document exchange, import declaration, and tax payment on your behalf; handling customs inspections, providing relevant services, and promptly addressing customs inquiries to expedite clearance.
5. Domestic warehousing, distribution, and delivery: Upon completion of customs clearance, we can arrange pickup at the port and domestic transportation to your designated factory or warehouse; we provide temporary warehousing, unpacking, and sorting services, as well as consolidated delivery of multiple batches of parts.
